Hallo, I load video-files (avi), this worked with Getright 5.2.d. and firefox 2.0 without problems. Now, Vista said , there are Start-Problems , I should get a new Version of getright. So I installed 6.3.E on my Computer and Firefox 3.0. From this time on I got the Video-files with the suffix avi.htm as firefox.file and can open the Video-File with my players..

On my Laptop I have installed Vista also, a Trial-Version of getright 6.3.c and Firefox 2.0. On this computer I get the correct Video-files. I have checked both configurations and coudnīt find any differences in both versions.

in your help-Side is said, for firefox is a Plug-in needed. but I didn`t find this plug-in. In the former Versions my downloads were correct without this plug in. I have dragged the file in the getright windows and the dowload began and was saved as a avis-file.

Coul you help me to get the correct Downloads? Thank you

If GR 6.3c was working, stick with that version...

Thank you. From where can I download version 6.3.c? Have I to remove 6.3.e first?

http://www.get-right...getrt63cpro.exe (Pro)

Yes, remove 6.3e using the option to keep settings (the option to "upgrade").

Anyway, remember that using old versions you may be affected by old bugs and incompatibilities with other sites.

Sorry, I can`t get connection with the links above. Firefox says, when I try, the server has broken up the connection..

Deinstallation the newer Version in Windows System failed at the first glance It said "please wait when windows is removing the programm I waited quite a time, the text remained on my screeen. I made a new Start on the PC and this Text had gone. But now I cannot download the oldver version.

In the meantime I installed on my Laptop Version 3.01 of the Firefox and made a download to check, whether Firefox 3.0 made the problems. The video was downloaded as avi-File, I could play it without problems.

I will now check, if I can Transfer the trial-Version 6 3c of getright from the laptop zu the PC, but would be grateful, if I could get a registerd version. I have this Yera payd twice (for Version 5.2 hiere in Germany and Version 63.c.

thank you for yore

Codes for 5.x versions can be used in 6.x Standard.
You only need a new code if you want to use 6.x Pro features.

The links are failing sporadically...
Try http://download.getr...getrt63cpro.exe or http://download.getr...om/getrt63c.exe

"I waited quite a time, the text remained on my screeen."
Some screen may have stayed at the background waiting a confirmation...
